VCAS STAR PARTY - TEMPLIN HWY

Interstate 5 north past Santa Clarita and Castaic. Continue 6.2 miles north of Lake Hughes Road to the Templin Hwy offramp (Exit 183). Turn RIGHT and go up the hill for about 1/2 mile. The site is a large parking lot on the side of the road.

RESTROOMS:   There is no Pora-Potty at the site. The closest Restroom is back at Castaic Junction.

WEATHER:   Before starting out be sure and check the sky conditions. If the sky is overcast, or the forecast indicates rain, consider waiting for the next scheduled party (most are Monthly Saturday night events). DRESS WARM   Don't forget plenty of warm clothing, a folding chair to sit on, and warm liquids to drink throughout the evening.

AVOID BRIGHT LIGHTS   Bring a red-filtered flashlight for use at night. A regular flashlight with red film taped over it will work.
